Buyers Information
- Find the items you want & inspect online via photos and videos, also Auction Items can be visually inspected/ not tested on specified view days. Photo ID is required for entry.
- How to Bid and Win: Become familiar with our Auction process
1st Register to Bid: this registration must include a valid email and credit card
2nd Check your email for your Bidder Number. Login and create a password.
3rd Definitions “Your Bid” (next minimum bid) “Your Maximum Bid” (your highest price).
Submit only one or the other, but not both. Buyer’s premium and sales tax are added to winning bid
If bids are placed within the last 5 minutes then bidding extends by 5 minutes.
- Winning: After winning an item and upon the conclusion of the Auction, you will receive an invoice within minutes. A 15% buyer’s premium and sales tax are added to all invoices. Payment can be made immediately via credit, cash, or wire transfer for large balances over $5,000. All unpaid invoices are applicable for a $100 relisting fee.
- 8.25% sales tax is added to all invoices.
Item Pickup:
A valid government-issued photo ID and fully paid invoice are required before winning items can be removed. Written authorization is needed, if someone other than the buyer is picking up items.
